OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to evaluate more details about complications arising from ureteral anastomosis in dogs. METHODS: Five healthy mongrel dogs weighing between 15-30 kg were used. Anesthesia was induced by acepromazine and thiopenthal sodium and maintained by halothane in oxygen in a closed circuit. After midline celiotomy, left ureter near trigon area was incised and immediately end to end anastomosis was performed in simple interrupted pattern by using polydiaxanon 6/0. All animals were euthanized at day 90 after operation and the ureters and their related kidneys were evaluated both macroscopically and microscopically. RESULTS: The gross observations of the ureters showed obstruction (one case) and mild hydroureter (three cases). Microscopically, hyperplasia (in epithelial and muscularis layers), fibrosis (lamina properia-submucosa and serosal layers) and different phases of inflammation and repair (in lamina properia-submucosa, muscularis and serosal layers) were observed in the ureters. Histological sections in the related kidneys revealed hydronephrosis in one case. CONCLUSIONS: Although ureteral anastomosis is technically difficult in small animals and has a high rate of postoperative obstruction,  in case of transected or damaged ureter, ureteral reanastomosis is one of the options for veterinary surgeons. In the present study, in spite of some complications, the anastomosis has been performed successfully in 80 percent of animals and certainly meticulous surgery is mandatory to prevent ureteral obstruction.}, keywords = {ureter,anastomosis,Histopathology,Dog}, title_fa = {ارزیابی‌های هیستوپاتولوژیک میزنای و کلیه پس ازجراحی تجربی آناستوموز میزنای در سگ}, abstract_fa = {زمینه مطالعه: ارزیابی تغییرات هیستومرفولوژیک میزنای و کلیه متعاقب عمل جراحی تجربی آناستوموزمیزنای. هدف: مقصود از این مطالعه ارزیابی جزئیات بیشتری در مورد مشکلات برخاسته پس از آناستوموز میزنای در سگ‌ها بود. روش کار:‌ ‌پنج قلاده سگ سالم دورگ با وزنی بین kg‌30-15 مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. بیهوشی به کمک آسپرومازین و تیوپنتال سدیم  القاء شده وبا مخلوط‌هالوتان و اکسیژن در یک سیستم بسته ادامه یافت. پس از ورود به محوطه شکمی از خط وسط، میزنای چپ در نزدیک ناحیه تریگون مثانه بریده شد و بلافاصله آناستوموز به روش انتها به انتها با الگوی بخیه ساده تکی توسط نخ شماره 0/6 پلی‌دیاکسانون صورت پذیرفت. تمامی حیوانات در روز نودم پس از جراحی آسان‌کشی شده و میزنای‌ها و کلیه‌های مربوط به آنها از نظر ماکروسکوپی و میکروسکوپی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج: مشاهدات ظاهری در میزنای‌ها انسداد را در یک مورد و هیدرویوریتر خفیف را درسه مورد نشان دادند. از نظر میکروسکوپی در میزنای‌ها، هیپرپلازی (در لایه‌های بافت پوششی و ماهیچه‌ای)، فیبروز (در لایه‌های بافت پارین–زیرمخاط و سروزی)  و مراحل مختلف آماس و التیام (در لایه‌های پارین– زیر مخاط، ماهیچه‌ای و سروزی) قابل مشاهده بود. مقاطع بافت شناسی در کلیه‌های مربوطه هیدرونفروز را در یکی از نمونه‌ها آشکار ساخت. نتیجه گیری نهایی: اگرچه انجام آناستوموز میزنای در دام کوچک از نظر تکنیکی مشکل بوده و احتمال انسداد پس از عمل در آن بالاست، ولی در صورت پارگی و آسیب میزنای، برقراری مجدد مسیر میزنای یکی از انتخاب‌ها برای جراحان دامپزشک می‌باشد. در مطالعه حاضر علیرغم پاره‌ای عوارض، آناستوموز در 80 ‌% از حیوانات با موفقیت انجام شده است و مشخصاً انجام جراحی ظریف و دقیق برای احتراز از انسداد میزنای الزامی است.}, keywords_fa = {میزنای,آناستوموز,هیستوپاتولوژی,سگ}, url = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_35105.html}, eprint = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_35105_a2d147cbb34f8ef19ba7a8f9f0ce6c2f.pdf} }
