OBJECTIVES: We investigated the effect of different levels of dietary nucleotide on growth parameters, whole-body composition and fluctuations of cortisol and glucose due to acute stress in Snow trout (Schizothorax zarudnyi). METHODS: One-hundred-twenty Snow trout fingerlings with average weight 7.58±0.05g, were fed with four levels of dietary nucleotides including 0 (control), 0.15, 0.25, and 0.5 percent for 8 weeks. Ten fingerlings were stocked into each 300l tank with triplicate in four treatments and fed three times daily at 3-5% body weight rate. At the end of feeding trial, weight gain, Weight gain rate, feed efficiency, Food efficiency ratio and survival were computed. Also, the numbers of fish that were exposed to acute stress (temperature and pH). RESULTS: The results showed that none of the nucleotide-supplemented diets had any significant effect on growth indices (p>0.05). None of the dietary treatments resulted in any significant changes to dry matter, ash and protein. The only significant difference was observed in the fat (p>0.05). The fish fed 0.25% nucleotide showed higher whole lipid compared to other dietary treatments. Stress test results showed no significant difference at the beginning of the experiment, whereas after, acute stress cortisol levels were significantly higher in trials. The lowest response was observed in trial with 0.50% nucleotide and the highest was in control groups. Glucose levels were not significantly different, neither before nor after acute stress. CONCLUSIONS: The nucleotide composition used in the present study failed to provide significant effects on growth of Snow trout juveniles but could improve response to acute stress.  }, keywords = {acute stress,Cortisol,glucose,nucleotide,Schizothorax zarudnyi}, title_fa = {تأثیر نوکلئوتید در جیره بر برخی شاخصهای رشد، ترکیب لاشه و برخی شاخصهای استرس در ماهی سفیدک سیستان (Schizothorax zarudnyi)}, abstract_fa = {زمینه مطالعه: تأثیر نوکلئوتید خوراکی در بهبود شاخص‌های رشد، عملکرد غذایی و سیستم ایمنی در مهره‌داران و گونه‌هایی از ماهیان در مطالعات مختلف نشان داده شدهاست. هدف: تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی تأثیر نوکلئوتید خوراکی بر شاخص‌های رشد، ترکیب لاشه و پاسخ به استرس حاد در بچه ماهیان سفیدک سیستان (Schizothorax zarudnyi) انجام گرفت. روش کار: تعداد 120 قطعه بچه ماهی با میانگین وزنی g‌5/0±58/7 با چهار جیره غذایی حاوی مقادیر مختلف نوکلئوتید (15/0%، 25/0 % و 50/0%) و صفر درصد به عنوان گروه شاهد به مدت 8 هفته غذادهی شدند. بچه ماهیان در چهار تیمار و سه تکرار به ازای هر تیمار، در 12 مخزنL  300 به طور تصادفی رهاسازی شدند و غذادهی به مقدار روزانه 3% وزن بدن در 3 وعده انجام شد. در پایان دوره پرورش پارامترهای رشد اندازه‌گیری و نتایج ثبت گردید. همچنین به منظور آزمایش استرس تعدادی از ماهیان فوق تحت استرس حاد دمایی و pH قرار گرفتند و میزان کورتیزول و گلوکز آنها قبل و بعد از استرس اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که مکمل نوکلئوتید بر روی شاخص‌های رشد، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، نسبت بازده غذایی و بقا اثر معنی‌دار نداشت  (05/0p). در آزمایشات استرس مشخص شد که پس از انجام استرس میزان کورتیزول و گلوکز به طور معنی‌داری نسبت به قبل استرس افزایش یافت (05/0>p). در تیمارهای تغذیه شده با نوکلئوتید میزان کورتیزول به طور معنی‌داری کمتر از گروه شاهد بود (05/0>p) و کمترین میزان کورتیزول در تیمار تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی 50/0%نوکلوتید مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری نهایی: بنابراین ترکیب نوکلئوتیدی مورد استفاده در مطالعه حاضر موجب بهبود رشد در ماهی سفیدک نشد و لی توانست باعث بهبود پاسخ به استرس در این ماهی گردد.}, keywords_fa = {استرس حاد,کورتیزول,گلوکز,نوکلئوتید,ماهی سفیدک سیستان}, url = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_57911.html}, eprint = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_57911_b3e8fd4bbef927c4539d698cffba93ce.pdf} }
