Objectives: The aim of the present study was to investigate the copper, sulfur, iron, molybdenum and zinc of soil and pastures forages status in order to see the probable correlation of these elements with copper and zinc serum of sheep in Susngerd town of Khuzestan province. Methods: 5 soil and forage samples and 50 blood samples from sheep that were grazing in the area were taken. All the samples were sent to the institute of radiation at atomic energy organization of Iran for the elements measurement. The soil samples were alkaline digested and read by ICP-OES apparatuses. After acidic digesting, forage samples were read by ICP-MS apparatuses. Serum levels of copper and zinc were also measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: The averages iron and sulfur content of soil were higher than international standard and critical levels, while the averages copper and molybdenum were within normal range. The mean of soil zinc in comparison to the crisis amounts was in the lower level (p= .05). Comparing the mean values of forage elements with their critical levels showed that sulfur and iron were higher than standard levels. The results revealed that the serum copper and zinc were lower than normal and sheep under this investigation were mostly in a borderline deficiency status. Conclusions: It seem that high levels of sulfur and iron in pastoral forages reduces intestinal absorption and bioavailability of copper and zinc in sheep grazing in the under study areas.}, keywords = {Copper,Sulfur,Forage,sheep}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط بین مقادیر مس، گوگرد، آهن، مولیبدن و روی خاک و علوفه با سطوح سرمی مس و روی گوسفندان در شهرستان سوسنگرد}, abstract_fa = {زمینه مطالعه: سالانه موارد زیادی از بیماری‌های بالینی ناشی از کمبود عناصر خصوصاً کمبود مس در گوسفندان استان خوزستان دیده می‌شود؛ در حالی که پژوهش‌ها در زمینه عناصر خاک و گیاه و اثرات آن‌ها بر دام‌های منطقه محدود است. هدف: مطالعه‌ی حاضر، با هدف بررسی عناصر مس، گوگرد، آهن، مولیبدن و روی در خاک و علوفه و ارزیابی ارتباط آن‌ها با مقادیر سرمی مس و روی در گوسفندان شهرستان سوسنگرد انجام شد. روش کار: تعداد 5 نمونه خاک و علوفه مرتعی و 50 نمونه سرم خون گوسفند از 5 منطقه تحت بررسی، اخذ و به پژوهشکده کاربرد پرتوها واقع در سازمان انرژی اتمی ایران ارسال شد. نمونه‌های خاک، پس از هضم قلیایی، با دستگاه ICP-OES و نمونه‌های علوفه، پس از هضم اسیدی، با دستگاه ICP-MS خوانش شدند؛ همچنین مقادیر سرمی روی و مس با استفاده از روش جذب اتمی اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج: میانگین مقادیر گوگرد و آهن نمونه‌های خاک بالاتر از حد استاندارد بین‌المللی و مقدار بحرانی آن‌ها بود؛ در حالی که میانگین مقدار مس و مولیبدن خاک مناطق تحت مطالعه در محدوده طبیعی قرار داشت. همچنین میانگین مقدار روی خاک در مقایسه با مقدار بحرانی آن در سطح پایین‌تری قرار داشت (P= 0.05 ). مقایسه میانگین عناصر علوفه با مقدار بحرانی آن‌ها نشان داد که گوگرد و آهن، بالاتر از حد استاندارد بین‌المللی و مقدار بحرانی آن‌ها در علوفه می-باشد. در مقایسه با مقادیر طبیعی، مقدار سرمی مس و روی گوسفندان تحت بررسی، در حد کمبود مرزی یا کمتر از حد طبیعی قرار داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری نهایی: به نظر می‌رسد که بالا بودن سطح گوگرد و آهن علوفه، به طور ثانویه سبب کاهش زیست‌دستیابی و جذب مس و روی در گوسفندان منطقه شده است.}, keywords_fa = {مس,گوگرد,علوفه,گوسفند}, url = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_68383.html}, eprint = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_68383_c89177a69f336a0a368302cfec75df43.pdf} }
