OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of substitution of different levels of slow-release urea with soybean  meal on feed intake, milk production and composition, and blood parameters of lactating cows in early lactation. METHODS: Twelve Holstein cows were selected at the third birthday, milk production of more than 30 kg per day, and from 10 to 100 days after birth, with four diets, the treatments included 0, 23, 0.46 and 0.69  % of slow-release urea was replaced by soybean meal. Feed intake was measured daily. The milk sample was taken on the day of the start of the experiment and was taken at intervals of 14 days. To measure glucose, urea, cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, and low blood levels, were determined  from the start of the test to the end of the test every two weeks. RESULTS: Consumption of feed, milk production and composition did not differ from experimental treatments. Glucose concentration and blood parameters (cholesterol, high and low density lipoprotein) did not differ between experimental treatments, but triglyceride and lipoprotein showed a very low density at zero (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study showed that adding slow-release urea to the level of 0.69% had no negative effect on feed consumption, milk production and composition, and blood parameters.}, keywords = {Dairy cattle,Slow release urea,Early lactation,Feed intake,Milk production,Blood parameters}, title_fa = {اثرات جایگزینی منبع نیتروژن غیر پروتئینی آهسته رهش با کنجاله سویا بر مصرف خوراک، فراسنجه‌های خونی و عملکرد گاوهای شیرده هلشتاین در اوایل شیردهی}, abstract_fa = {زمینۀ مطالعه: اوره یک منبع نیتروژن غیرپروتئینی است که اغلب به‌عنوان جایگزینی با پروتئین خام جیره برای کاهش هزینه تغذیه دام مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثرات جایگزینی سطوح مختلف اوره آهسته رهش با کنجاله سویا بر مصرف خوراک ، تولید و ترکیب شیر و فراسنجه های خونی گاوهای شیرده در اوایل شیردهی بود. روش‌کار: دوازده رأس گاو شیرده هلشتاین در نوبت زایش سوم، با تولید شیر بیش از 30 کیلوگرم در روز انتخاب و از 10 تا 100 روز پس از زایش با چهار جیره به‌عنوان تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل صفر، 23/0، 46/0 و 69/0 درصد اوره آهسته رهش جایگزین کنجاله سویا تغذیه شدند. مصرف خوراک به صورت روزانه اندازهگیری شد. نمونه شیر در روز شروع آزمایش و با فاصله 14 روز اخذ شد. برای سنجش گلوکز، اوره، کلسترول، تریگلیسرید، لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته بالا و کم خونگیری از روز شروع آزمایش تا پایان آزمایش هر دو هفته یکبار انجام شد. نتایج: مصرف خوراک، تولید و ترکیب شیر تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی نداشتند. غلظت گلوکز و فراسنجههای خونی (کلسترول، لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته بالا و کم) تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی نداشت ولی تری گلیسرید و لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بسیار کم در زمان صفر معنیدار بود (05/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری نهایی: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که افزودن اوره آهسته رهش تا سطح 69/0 درصد جیره تأثیر منفی بر مصرف خوراک، تولید و ترکیب شیر و فراسنجههای خونی نداشته است.}, keywords_fa = {گاو شیری,اوره آهسته رهش,اوایل شیردهی,مصرف خوراک,تولید شیر,فراسنجه خونی}, url = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_74109.html}, eprint = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_74109_781db14a9bffe3fbe6ed5c06b009cbdb.pdf} }
