The prevalence of an infection at the herd or animal level is a key issue that determines whether the infection should be considered important and which measures and policies should be made and applied. OBJECTIVES: The aim of this search is a meta-analysis study of  the prevalence of leptospirosis and serovars of leptospira interrogans in Iran. METHODS: The search was carried out by relevant literature search from 1997 to 2017 and by keywords: Iran, leptospira, cattle, sheep, goats, buffaloes, camel, and their combination in data banks of Magiran, SID, Iranmedex, PubMed and Google scholar. In this study, 39 articles were finally accepted. For statistical analysis, prevalence rates were entered in the Comprehensive Meta Analysis (CMA) software. RESULTS: The prevalence of leptospirosis in apparently healthy ruminants was 21.5% (95% CI: 17.8-25.8) and Grippotyphosa, Pomona and Canicola were the most prevalent. CONCLUSIONS: According to the high prevalence of pomona in our results, using this serovar in produced vaccines inside the country, applying preventive methods to control infection in herd dogs and gaining a share of the health system budget can have a good effect on for leptospira control program.}, keywords = {leptospirosis,Prevalence,Livestock population,Ruminants,Meta-analysis}, title_fa = {فراتحلیل شیوع لپتوسپیروزیس و سرووار‌‌های آن در جمعیت دامی ایران}, abstract_fa = {زمینۀ مطالعه:لپتوسپیروز یک بیماری مشترک با گسترش جهانی است که از دو جهت، یکی نگرانی‌‌‌های بهداشتی در جوامع انسانی و دیگری خسارات اقتصادی به علت ایجاد سقط و مرده‌‌زایی، تولد گوساله‌‌های ضعیف، سندروم کاهش شیر و ورم پستان و مرگ در جمعیت‌‌های دامی دارای اهمیت فراوانی است. میزان شیوع یک عفونت در سطح گله، موضوع کلیدی‌ است که تعیین می‌‌کند وضعیت عفونت باید مهم در نظر گرفته شود و چه تصمیمات و سیاست‌‌‌هایی باید در این رابطه گرفته شود و به اجرا در‌آید. هدف:هدف از انجام این مطالعه فراتحلیل (متا‌آنالیز) میزان شیوع لپتوسپیروز و سرووار‌‌های آن در جمعیت دامی کشور است. روش‌کار: این پژوهش، با جستجوی مقالات مربوط به سال‌‌های 1376 تا 1396 با استفاده از واژه‌‌‌های ایران، لپتوسپیرا، گاو، گوسفند، بز، گاومیش و شتر و ترکیبی از آن‌ها در پایگاه‌‌های دادهMagiran ،SID ، Irandoc، Pub Med و Google Scholar انجام گرفت. در این بررسی 39 مقاله با کیفیت پذیرفته شدند. جهت انجام تحلیل‌‌های آماری، مقادیر شیوع وارد نرم‌‌افزار Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) شدند. نتایج: شیوع ظاهری لپتوسپیروزیس در جمعیت به ظاهر سالم نشخوارکنند‌گان 5/21 درصد (فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد: 8/8-25/17) بود و سرووار‌های گریپوتیفوزا، پومونا و کانیکولا بیشترین شیوع را داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری نهایی: با توجه به شیوع بالای سرووار پومونا در مطالعات چند سال گذشته در ایران، استفاده از این سرووار در واکسن‌‌های تولید ‌شده در داخل کشور، اعمال روش‌‌های پیشگیرانه برای کنترل عفونت در سگ‌‌های گله و دریافت سهمی از بودجه نظام سلامت، می‌‌تواند به کنترل هرچه بهتر بیماری لپتوسپیروز بیانجامد.}, keywords_fa = {لپتوسپیروزیس,شیوع,جمعیت دامی,نشخوارکنندگان,فراتحلیل}, url = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_78111.html}, eprint = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_78111_52a389a1289ada517e99c1f538e97311.pdf} }
