Therefore, evaluation of its effects on various organs is a principal issue. OBJECTIVES: The aim of present study was to investigate cardiac function change following administration of tramadol using electrocardiography and echocardiography. METHODS: Five healthy dogs aged 3-5 years and weighting 20-26 kg were selected for study. To check the health of animals, clinical and laboratory examinations were performed. Then animals were kept for 2 weeks and vaccination and anti parasite therapy were prescribed for them. This study was conducted in 3 stages and ECG and echocardiography were recorded: before tramadol injection, immediately after injection and one hour after that. Parametric data analysis of variance with repeated measure was conducted using SPSS version 20. RESULTS: Along evaluated parameters, only left ventricular volume in end-diastole and end-systole, time interval between the Q wave to aortic valve closure, stroke volume and ejection fraction showed significant difference between the three stages. CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, tramadol shows remarkable anti-pain effects with low cardiac side-effects in comparison to other opioid drugs. However, more studies are needed due to the importance of this subject.}, keywords = {tramadol,Echocardiography,electrocardiography,Heart,Dog}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اثرات قلبی-عروقی تجویز ترامادول به کمک اکوکاردیوگرافی و الکتروکاردیوگرافی در سگ}, abstract_fa = {زمینۀ مطالعه: امروزه در دامپزشکی با گسترده شدن مصرف داروهای ضد درد، توجه بیشتری به ترامادول معطوف شده است. از طرفی محدودیت کاربرد داروهای مسکن غیر استروئیدی به خصوص در حیوانات کوچک اهمیت این دارو را در سگ و گربه به مراتب افزوده است. از مصرف بالینی این دارو در دامپزشکی مدت زیادی نمی‌گذرد. بنابراین بررسی اثرات مختلف این دارو برروی ارگان‌های مختلف بدن هنوز هم موضوع مهمی در تحقیقات گوناگون می‌باشد. هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی اثرات قلبی عروقی تجویز ترامادول به‌کمک اکوکاردیوگرافی و الکتروکاردیوگرافی در سگ می‌باشد. روش‌کار: بدین منظور، از 5 قلاده سگ نر بالغ در محدوده سنی 5-3 سال و در محدوده وزنی 26-20 کیلوگرم استفاده گردید. در ابتدا سلامتی هر یک از حیوانات از طریق معاینات بالینی و آزمایشگاهی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. سپس حیوانات به مدت دو هفته نگهداری شده و در طول این مدت، واکسیناسیون و انگل‌زدایی شدند. در این مطالعه هر کدام از حیوانات در سه مرحله ارزیابی شدند. مرحله اول قبل از تزریق ترامادول، مرحله دوم بلافاصله پس از تزریق و مرحله سوم یک ساعت پس از تزریق. در انتها نتایج به دست آمده از تصاویر اکوکاردیوگرافی و الکتروکاردیوگرافی توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS-20 مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت و 05/0≥p به عنوان معنی‌داری بین داده‌ها تلقی گردید. نتایج: از میان فاکتورهای اندازه گیری شده، تنها پنج مورد: حجم بطن چپ در پایان دیاستول و سیستول، فاصله زمانی بین شروع موج Q تا بسته شدن دریچه آئورت، حجم ضربه‌ای قلب و کسر خروجی قلبی اختلاف معنی‌داری را بین سه مرحله تزریق نشان می‌دادند. نتیجه‌گیری نهایی: ترامادول در مقایسه با سایر داروهای مخدر و استروئیدی اثرات ضد دردی قابل توجه و عوارض قلبی کمتری را نشان می‌دهد. با این وجود با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه مورد نیاز است.}, keywords_fa = {ترامادول,اکوکاردیوگرافی,الکتروکاردیوگرافی,قلب,سگ}, url = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_78146.html}, eprint = {https://jvr.ut.ac.ir/article_78146_4d9998aa6145b676696b3b709ddd4d6c.pdf} }
