فراتحلیل شیوع لپتوسپیروزیس و سرووارهای آن در جمعیت دامی ایران
زمینۀ مطالعه:لپتوسپیروز یک بیماری مشترک با گسترش جهانی است که از دو جهت، یکی نگرانیهای بهداشتی در جوامع انسانی و دیگری خسارات اقتصادی به علت ایجاد سقط و مردهزایی، تولد گوسالههای ضعیف، سندروم کاهش شیر و ورم پستان و مرگ در جمعیتهای دامی دارای اهمیت فراوانی است. میزان شیوع یک عفونت در سطح گله، موضوع کلیدی است که تعیین میکند وضعیت عفونت باید مهم در نظر گرفته شود و چه تصمیمات و سیاستهایی باید در این رابطه گرفته شود و به اجرا درآید. هدف:هدف از انجام این مطالعه فراتحلیل (متاآنالیز) میزان شیوع لپتوسپیروز و سرووارهای آن در جمعیت دامی کشور است. روشکار: این پژوهش، با جستجوی مقالات مربوط به سالهای 1376 تا 1396 با استفاده از واژههای ایران، لپتوسپیرا، گاو، گوسفند، بز، گاومیش و شتر و ترکیبی از آنها در پایگاههای دادهMagiran ،SID ، Irandoc، Pub Med و Google Scholar انجام گرفت. در این بررسی 39 مقاله با کیفیت پذیرفته شدند. جهت انجام تحلیلهای آماری، مقادیر شیوع وارد نرمافزار Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) شدند. نتایج: شیوع ظاهری لپتوسپیروزیس در جمعیت به ظاهر سالم نشخوارکنندگان 5/21 درصد (فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد: 8/8-25/17) بود و سرووارهای گریپوتیفوزا، پومونا و کانیکولا بیشترین شیوع را داشتند. نتیجهگیری نهایی: با توجه به شیوع بالای سرووار پومونا در مطالعات چند سال گذشته در ایران، استفاده از این سرووار در واکسنهای تولید شده در داخل کشور، اعمال روشهای پیشگیرانه برای کنترل عفونت در سگهای گله و دریافت سهمی از بودجه نظام سلامت، میتواند به کنترل هرچه بهتر بیماری لپتوسپیروز بیانجامد.

جداسازی، شناسایی و تعیین هویت مولکولی گونههای کریپتوسپوریدیوم در اسهال گوسالهها به روش multiplex nested-PCR
زمینه مطالعه: تشخیص گونههای کریپتوسپوریدیوم براساس خصوصیات مورفولوژی بسیار محدود بوده و به تنهایی فاقد ارزش تاکسونومیک است، و لذا استفاده از روشهای مولکولی این محدودیتها را تا حدودی برطرف میسازد. هدف: هدف از این مطالعه تعیین ژنوتیپهای غالب کریپتوسپوریدیوم در گوسالههای مبتلا به اسهال بود. روش کار: مطالعه در گوسالههای کمتر از 3 ماه و برای مدت 2 سال انجام شد. در طول دوره مطالعه، 160 نمونه مدفوع از گوسالههای جوان جمعآوری شده و ابتدا از طریق میکروسکوپی و سپس با استفاده از تکنیکهای مولکولی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مدفوع از جهت حضور اواوسیستهای کریپتوسپوریدیوم توسط روش شناورسازی با آب شکر شیتر و به دنبال آن روش رنگآمیزی ذیل نلسون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دی ان آ انگل استخراج و پروتکل multiplex nested-PCR براساس ژن 18srRNA جهت شناسایی سه گونه سازگار در گاو (یعنی کریپتوسپوریدیوم اندرسونی، کریپتوسپوریدیوم بوویس و کریپتوسپوریدیوم رایانه) به علاوه گونه مشترک بین انسان و دام یعنی کریپتوسپوریدیوم پارووم انجام شد. نتایج: 110 نمونه مدفوع از دامداریهای موجود در استان البرز و 50 نمونه مدفوع نیز از دامداریهای شهر شاهرود جمعآوری گردید. از 160راس حیوان مورد آزمایش 90 راس ماده و 70 راس نر بودند. در مجموع در میان 160 راس دام مورد آزمایش 85 مورد (12/53 درصد) مبتلا به اسهال بودند که 55 مورد (37/34درصد) از این تعداد حیوان تحت آزمایش با استفاده از رنگآمیزی ذیل نلسون مثبت تشخیص داده شدند. از آنجاییکه تمام موارد مثبت مربوط به نمونههای اسهالی و مرتبط با گوسالههای زیر یک ماه بود، ارتباط معنیداری مابین وضعیت اسهال و حضور این انگل مشاهده گردید (05/0p <). از نظر توزیع فصلی تفاوتی در میزان موارد اسهالی و موارد مثبت انگلی مشاهده نشد. حضور باند 305 جفت بازی در کلیه نمونههای مثبت ذیل نلسون موید حضور گونه کریپتوسپوریدیوم پارووم در تمامی نمونهها بود. نتیجهگیری نهایی: گوسالههای شیرخوار بیشتر با کریپتوسپوریدیومپارووم آلوده میشوند که تحقیق حاضر نیز موید این مطلب بود.

بررسی فراوانی آلودگی به انگلهای خارجی در سگهای شهر مشهد
زمینۀ مطالعه: به علت رابطه نزدیک بین انسان و سگ، آلودگی سگها به انگلهای خارجی میتواند علاوه بر ایجاد بیماری و اختلال در آسایش میزبان، سلامت و آسایش انسان را نیز متأثر سازد. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین فراوانی آلودگی به انگلهای خارجی و شناسایی این انگلها در سگهای ارجاعی به بیمارستان دامپزشکی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام گرفت. روشکار: تعداد 460 قلاده سگ از فروردین 1396 تا فروردین 1397 از لحاظ آلودگی به انگلهای خارجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات مربوط به سن، جنس، فصل، نژاد، محل نگهداری، نوع پوشش مویی (بلند یا کوتاه)، رنگ پوشش مویی (تیره یا روشن)، خارش، موریختگی و محل استقرار این انگلها در پرسشنامه مخصوص ثبت شد. نتایج: در این مطالعه از 460 قلاده سگ مورد آزمایش، 99 قلاده (52/21 درصد) با نه گونه انگل خارجی آلوده بودند. تعداد 48 (43/10 درصد) قلاده سگ به ککهای کتنوسفالیدس کنیس و پولکس ایریتانس آلوده بودند. ریپی سفالوس تورانیکوس، سارکوپتس اسکابئی، هایپوبوسکا لانگیپنیس و ریپی سفالوس سنگوینئوس به ترتیب از 14 (04/3 درصد)، 10 (17/2 درصد)، 10 (17/2 درصد) و 9 (95/1 درصد) قلاده سگ جدا شد. آلودگی به ولفارتیا مگنیفیکا، دمودکس کنیس، اتودکتس سینوتیس، همافیزالیس اریناسئی و لینوگناتوس ستوزوس به ترتیب در 9 (95/1 درصد)، 3 (65/0 درصد)، 2 (43/0 درصد)، 1 (21/0 درصد) و 1 (21/0 درصد) قلاده سگ دیده شد. فراوانی آلودگی به انگلهای خارجی با محل نگهداری، جنسیت و داشتن خارش رابطه آماری معنیداری نشان داد (05/0>p ). رابطه آماری معنیداری بین آلودگی به انگلهای خارجی با سن، رنگ و طول مو، فصل و موریختگی دیده نشد (05/0<p ). نتیجهگیری نهایی: این مطالعه اولین تحقیق در مورد آلودگی به انگلهای خارجی در سگهای منطقه مشهد است. ککها فراوانترین انگل آلوده کننده سگهای مورد مطالعه بودند. در مجموع اگرچه فراوانی آلودگی نسبتاً کم بود ولی تنوع گونهای بالایی در انگلهای آلوده کننده دیده شد. برخی از این انگلها از لحاظ بیماریهای مشترک بین انسان و دام، اهمیت دارند.

مقایسه اثر ال-کارنیتین و بتائین بر روی روغنهای ماهی و ذرت در جیره غذایی، و تأثیر آنها بر پروفایل اسیدهای چرب و شاخصهای خونی ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)
زمینۀ مطالعه: جایگزینی روغن ماهی با روغنهای گیاهی و استفاده از مکملهای غذایی نقش مهمی در متابولیسم چربیهای آبزیان دارد. روغن ذرت یکی از روغنهای گیاهی است که میتواند جایگزین مناسبی برای روغن ماهی باشد. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی استفاده از مکملهای غذایی ال-کارنیتین و بتائین به همراه روغن ذرت و روغن ماهی و تأثیر بر متابولیسم چربیها و شاخصهای خونی ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان اجرا شد. روشکار: تعداد 450 ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان (26/0 ± 12/9 گرم)، در چهار تیمار (سه تکرار) تقسیم شده و با جیره دستی حاوی روغن ماهی (تیمار اول)، روغن ذرت (تیمار دوم)، روغن ماهی و 500 میلیگرم ال-کارنیتین و بتائین (تیمار سوم) و روغن ذرت و 500 میلیگرم ال-کارنیتین و بتائین (تیمار چهارم) به مدت هشت هفته تغذیه شدند. در پایان آزمایش پروفایل اسیدهای چرب تیمارها با دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) مشخص شد و شاخصهای خونی و وزن آنها هم بررسی گردید. نتایج: در پایان آزمایش شاخص وزن اختلاف معنیداری را نشان نداد. در جایگزینی روغن ماهی با روغن ذرت میزان اسیدهای چرب PUFA n-3، C18:3n3، C20:3n3، C20:5n3 و C22:6n3 در لاشه ماهیان بهطور معنیداری کاهش و اسیدهای چرب PUFA n-6، C18:2n6، C20:2n6 و C20:4n6 بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافتند ولی اختلاف معنیداری در مجموع اسیدهای چرب SFA و MUFA مشاهده نشد. ال-کارنیتین و بتائین سبب افزایش معنیدار تجمع EPA در تیمارهای روغن ماهی و روغن ذرت شده و شاخص تعداد گلبولهای سفید در تیمار تغذیه شده با روغن ذرت و ال-کارنیتین و بتائین (تیمار چهارم) نسبت به تیمار روغن ماهی (تیمار اول) تفاوت معنیدار (05/0>p ) نشان داد. نتیجهگیری نهایی: با توجه به تأثیر روغن ذرت و مکملهای ال-کارنیتین و بتائین در افزایش اسیدهای چرب n-6 PUFA، اسید چرب ضروری EPA و تعداد گلبولهای سفید، استفاده از روغن ذرت و مکملهای ال-کارنیتین و بتائین در جیره ماهیان قزلآلای رنگینکمان پیشنهاد میشود.

زمینۀ مطالعه: امروزه، تمایل به استفاده از بسته بندی مواد غذایی با فعالیت ضد میکروبی با منشا طبیعی افزایش یافته و استفاده از فیلمهای خوراکی و زیست تخریب پذیر به عنوان جایگزینی مناسب پوششهای پلاستیکی غیر قابل تجزیه در نظر گرفته شده است. هدف: در این پژوهش، اثر پوششدهی نشاسته گندم با اسانس پونه بر ویژگیهای میکروبی و شیمیایی فیلهی ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان در شرایط سرد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روشکار: برای این منظور تیمارهای مختلف ازترکیب پوشش نشاسته، نشاسته + اسانس1درصد نشاسته + اسانس 2درصد تهیه شد و تغییرات شیمیایی و میکروبی طی فواصل زمانی مشخص (0، 4، 8، 12و16) موردارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج: درآزمایش میکروبی انجام شده، طی روزهای مختلف شمارش باکتریایی کل و دیگر باکتریها توسط نشاسته و نشاسته + اسانس1 و2 درصد کاهش یافت، همچنین تفاوت بین تیمارکنترل و تیمارهای دیگر معنیدار بود (05/0≥p ). بیشترین اثرکاهش PH درتمامی روزهای مورد آزمایش متعلق به تیمارنشاسته + اسانس 1 و 2 درصد بود. میزان PH در روز صفر نگهداری بین تیمارهای مختلف متفاوت نبود. ولی در روزهای چهار، هشت، دورازده و شانزدهم نگهداری بین تیمار کنترل و سایر تیمارها اختلاف معنیدار بود (05/0≥p ). نتایج به دست آمده ازآزمون سنجش میزان اکسیداتیو نشان دادکه در روز شانزدهم نگهداری کمترین میزان TBA مربوط به تیمار پوشش داده شده با نشاسته و اسانس 2 درصد و بیشترین میزان آن مربوط به تیمار کنترل میباشد. در واقع استفاده از این پوشش موجب به تعویق انداختن فرآیند اکسیداسیون گردید. نتیجهگیری نهایی: از پوشش ترکیبی نشاستهی خوراکی و اسانس پونه میتوان به عنوان عامل افزایشدهنده عمر ماندگاری فیله ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان استفاده نمود.

بررسی مورفومتریک، مولکولی و فیلوژنی گونههای انگل داکتیلوژیروس در کپورنقرهای (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) و کپورسرگنده (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis) پرورشی استان گیلان با استفاده از ژن 28SrDNA
زمینۀ مطالعه: داکتیلوژیروس از انگلهای خارجی شایع در آبشش کپورماهیان است. این انگلها از ویژگی میزبانی بالایی برخوردارند و بسیاری از گونهها تنها واجد یک میزبان خاص میباشند. هدف: با توجه به گزارشاتی از گونههای داکتیلوژیروس اختصاصی کپور نقرهای در کپور سرگنده و نیز حضور داکتیلوژیروسهای کپورسرگنده در کپورنقرهای اقدام به بررسی داکتیلوژیروسهای شایع در این دو گونه ماهی گردید. روشکار: 81 عدد کپور نقرهای و 82 عدد کپور سرگنده از 10 مزرعه پرورش ماهی در استان گیلان صید و پس از تهیه لام مرطوب انگلهای داکتیلوژیروس با گلیسرین ژلاتین تثبیت شدند. بهمنظور ریختسنجی نمونهها از نرم افزارImage J برای 7 اندازهگیری نقطه به نقطه بر روی تصاویر بهدست آمده استفاده شد. ترسیم نمونههای انگلی بوسیله لوله انجام و با کلیدهای شناسایی مقایسه و شناسایی انگلها صورت گرفت. جهت بررسی مولکولی استخراج DNA از یک انگل داکتیلوژیروس انجام و تکثیر ناحیه 28SrDNA با پرایمرهای مربوطه در دستگاه PCR انجام شد. نتایج: توالیهای بدست آمده پس از بلاست در بانک ژن نتایج بررسی مورفولوژیک و مورفومتریک انگلها را تأیید نمود. توالیها بهترتیب با شمارههای MG825611 و MG825765 برای انگلهای داکتیلوژیروس هیپوفتالمایکتیس و داکتیلوژیروس ساچنگتای جدا شده از کپور نقرهای و MH023397 و MH023399 برای انگلهای داکتیلوژیروس آریستایکتیس و داکتیلوژیروس نوبیلیس جدا شده از کپور سرگنده در بانکژن ثبت شدند. ترسیم درخت فیلوژنتیک قرابت ژنتیکی انگلهای جدا شده از این ماهیان را نشان داد. نتیجهگیری نهایی: بهنظر میرسد گاهی بطور ناخواسته و یا سهوی در کارگاههای تکثیر کشور، ماهیان دورگه تولید میشوند. عدم خلوصنژادی موجب میگردد تا این ماهیان علاوه بر راندمان رشد و پرورشی ضعیفتر، میزبان طیف وسیعتری از داکتیلوژیروسهای اختصاصی کپور نقرهای و کپور سرگنده باشند.

زمینۀ مطالعه: آنتی بیوتیکها میتوانند وضعیت فیزیولوژیک و سیستم ایمنی میزبان را دستخوش تغییر نمایند و بکارگیری شاخصهای خونی نشانگر مناسبی برای پایش آنهاست. هدف: مطالعه تغییرات شاخصهای خونشناختی ماهی قزلآلای رنگین کمان تحت چالش با عوامل استرپتوکوکوزیس/ لاکتوکوکوزیس در پی مصرف فلورفنیکل خوراکی. روشکار: بدین منظور، تعدادی ماهی (5/7 ± 55 گرم) در یک بلوک کاملاً تصادفی در 6 تیمار و 3 تکرار شامل گروههای بدون/ با چالش عفونی هر پاتوژن به طور جداگانه و بدون/ با دارودرمانی در دوزاژ 15 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن برای 10 روز متوالی، مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. دوزهای باکتریهایStreptococcus iniae (107×87/2) و Lactococcus garvieae (105×8/6) واحد تشکیل پرگنه بر میلیلیتر) به مقدار 30 درصد LD50 در آزمایش اصلی بکار گرفته شدند. در پایان دوره آزمایشی، از سیاهرگ ساقه دمی ماهیها خونگیری انجام شد. اندازهگیری هماتوکریت و هموگلوبین با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد و شمارش یاختههای خونی پس از تهیه گسترش و با بکارگیری هماتوسایتومتر صورت گرفت. نتایج: یافتهها نشان داد که درصد هماتوکریت، میزان هموگلوبین و تعداد گویچههای سرخ خون ماهیان در گروههای دریافت کننده دارو نسبت به گروه شاهد به طور معنیداری کاهش یافته است (05/0p <). مصرف روزانه فلورفنیکل به مدت 10 روز متوالی در دوز اشاره شده، توانسته سبب کاهش معنیدار تعداد لنفوسیتهای خون شود (05/0p <). از سوی دیگر به نظر میرسد که تعداد مونوسیتها، نوتروفیلها و سایر یاختههای خونی در پی دریافت دوزاژ دارویی به طور معنیداری افزایش یافتند (05/0p <). نتیجهگیری نهایی: به نظر میرسد که مصرف خوراکی فلورفنیکل توانسته است سبب بهبود ایمنی ذاتی از طریق افزایش یاختههای خونی شود. گرچه با توجه به کاهش فراوانی لنفوسیتهای خون و اینکه مسئله ایجاد آنمی در ماهی به دنبال مصرف فلورفنیکل کماکان وجود دارد، توصیه میشود در صورت کاهش تلفات و بهبود علائم درمانگاهی از سطوح پائینتر دامنه مجاز مصرفی آنتی بیوتیک از نظر FDA برای درمان استفاده شود.

تأثیر تجویز خوراکی عصارهی هیدروالکلی جلبک قرمز (Laurencia caspica) بر عملکرد رشد، شاخصهای خونشناسی و بیوشیمیایی سرم قزلآلای رنگینکمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)
زمینۀ مطالعه: استفاده از محرکهای ایمنی طبیعی یکی از مؤثرترین روشها برای تقویت ایمنی و پیشگیری از بیماری در ماهیان است. هدف: با توجه به فراوانی جلبک قرمز (Laurencia caspica) در دریای خزر، هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثر این جلبک بر عملکرد رشد و شاخصهای خونشناسی ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان بود. روشکار: مطالعه حاضر روی 750 قطعه بچهماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان که به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند در قالب 5 تیمار آزمایشی شامل جیرهی غذایی بدون عصارهی هیدروالکلی جلبک (شاهد) و جیرههای غذایی حاوی 5/0 ، 1 ، 5/1 و 2 درصد عصاره انجام شد. طی دورهی آزمایش هر دو هفته یکبار و تا 8 هفته نمونهبرداری جهت سنجش عملکرد رشد و شاخصهای خونشناسی انجام شد. نتایج: در پایان هشت هفته غذادهی شاخصهای رشد تحت تأثیر عصارهی جلبک قرار نگرفت. در بازماندگی تیمارهای مختلف تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد. تعداد کل گلبولهای قرمز، گلبولهای سفید، درصد هماتوکریت، غلظت هموگلوبین، درصد نوتروفیل و مونوسیت تحت تأثیر عصارهی جلبکی قرار گرفت و افزایش معنیدار نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان داد (05/0>p ). همچنین افزایش شاخصهای بیوشیمایی سرم شامل پروتئین تام، آلبومین و گلوبولین و کاهش فعالیت ALP،AST و ALT در ماهیان تغذیهشده با عصارهی جلبکی نسبت به گروه شاهد مشاهده شد. نتیجهگیری نهایی: براساس نتایج این مطالعه مصرف خوراکی جلبک قرمز (L. caspica) به عنوان یک محرک ایمنی در ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان توصیه میشود.

مطالعه اثر آسکوربیک اسید بر سمیت کبدی ناشی از دوکسوروبیسین در موش سوری
زمینۀ مطالعه: دوکسوروبیسین از پرکاربردترین داروهای شیمیدرمانی ضدسرطان در طب دامهای کوچک است. این دارو میتواند سبب ایجاد سمیت در قلب، کبد، مغز و کلیه شود. هدف: مطالعه حاضر به منظور ارزیابی اثر تجویز آسکوربیک اسید بر سمیت کبدی ناشی از داروی دوکسوروبیسین در موش سوری انجام شد. روشکار: ۲۴ سر موش سوری نژاد Balb/c به صورت تصادفی به چهار گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه اول نرمال سالین، گروه دوم آسکوربیک اسید به میزان 100 میلیگرم/کیلوگرم، گروه سوم دوکسوروبیسین به میزان 8 میلیگرم/کیلوگرم و گروه چهارم آسکوربیک اسید و دوکسوروبیسین را با همان دوزهای گروه دوم و سوم به صورت داخل صفاقی دریافت کردند. سه هفته پس از تجویز دارو، موشها آسانکشی شدند. میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای ALP، ALT، AST و غلظت بیلیروبین تام در سرم اندازهگیری شد. همچنین نمونههای کبد مورد ارزیابی هیستوپاتولوژی قرار گرفتند. نتایج: میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای ALP، ALT، AST، غلظت بیلیروبین تام سرم و شدت آسیب کبدی از لحاظ هیستوپاتولوژی در موشهایی که همراه با دوکسوروبیسین، آسکوربیک اسید دریافت کرده بودند به صورت معنیداری از موشهایی که فقط دوکسوروبیسین دریافت کرده بودند پایینتر بود. نتیجهگیری نهایی: نتایج این مطالعه تجربی حاکی از آن است که تجویز آسکوربیک اسید می تواند در کاهش سمیت کبدی ناشی از داروی دوکسوروبیسین در موش سوری موثر باشد. بنابراین مطالعات بیشتر برای استفاده بالینی از این ترکیب همراه با دوکسوروبیسین در دامهای کوچک پیشنهاد میشود.

ارزیابی اثرات قلبی-عروقی تجویز ترامادول به کمک اکوکاردیوگرافی و الکتروکاردیوگرافی در سگ
زمینۀ مطالعه: امروزه در دامپزشکی با گسترده شدن مصرف داروهای ضد درد، توجه بیشتری به ترامادول معطوف شده است. از طرفی محدودیت کاربرد داروهای مسکن غیر استروئیدی به خصوص در حیوانات کوچک اهمیت این دارو را در سگ و گربه به مراتب افزوده است. از مصرف بالینی این دارو در دامپزشکی مدت زیادی نمیگذرد. بنابراین بررسی اثرات مختلف این دارو برروی ارگانهای مختلف بدن هنوز هم موضوع مهمی در تحقیقات گوناگون میباشد. هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی اثرات قلبی عروقی تجویز ترامادول بهکمک اکوکاردیوگرافی و الکتروکاردیوگرافی در سگ میباشد. روشکار: بدین منظور، از 5 قلاده سگ نر بالغ در محدوده سنی 5-3 سال و در محدوده وزنی 26-20 کیلوگرم استفاده گردید. در ابتدا سلامتی هر یک از حیوانات از طریق معاینات بالینی و آزمایشگاهی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. سپس حیوانات به مدت دو هفته نگهداری شده و در طول این مدت، واکسیناسیون و انگلزدایی شدند. در این مطالعه هر کدام از حیوانات در سه مرحله ارزیابی شدند. مرحله اول قبل از تزریق ترامادول، مرحله دوم بلافاصله پس از تزریق و مرحله سوم یک ساعت پس از تزریق. در انتها نتایج به دست آمده از تصاویر اکوکاردیوگرافی و الکتروکاردیوگرافی توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS-20 مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت و 05/0≥p به عنوان معنیداری بین دادهها تلقی گردید. نتایج: از میان فاکتورهای اندازه گیری شده، تنها پنج مورد: حجم بطن چپ در پایان دیاستول و سیستول، فاصله زمانی بین شروع موج Q تا بسته شدن دریچه آئورت، حجم ضربهای قلب و کسر خروجی قلبی اختلاف معنیداری را بین سه مرحله تزریق نشان میدادند. نتیجهگیری نهایی: ترامادول در مقایسه با سایر داروهای مخدر و استروئیدی اثرات ضد دردی قابل توجه و عوارض قلبی کمتری را نشان میدهد. با این وجود با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه مورد نیاز است.

توراکوسکوپی در مدل حیوانی خرگوش با هدف بافت قلب: معرفی رهیافت دوربین و مد تنفسی اپتیمال
زمینۀ مطالعه: توراکوسکوپی روشی کمتهاجم با کاربردهای تشخیصی، درمانی و تحقیقاتی در گونههای مختلف است، اما مطالعاتی که به استفاده از این روش در گونههای کوچکتر حیوانات پرداخته باشند کمتر به چشم میخورند. این مسئله میتواند به دلیل چالشها و سختیهای انجام موفقیتآمیز این روش در گونههای کوچک باشد. هدف: این مطالعه به منظور بررسی عملی بودن و معرفی بهترین رهیافت برای انجام توراکوسکوپی در خرگوش با هدف بافت قلب و همچنین تأثیر پروتکل تنفسی بر میزان تلفات پس از جراحی صورت گرفت. روشکار: در این مطالعه از تعداد 20 سر خرگوش سفید نژاد نیوزیلندی استفاده شد. رهیافتهایی که برای تروکار دوربین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند رهیافت پارازایفوئیدال و اینترکاستال بودند. همچنین امکان ورود تروکار دوم و بهترین مکان برای ورود آن نسبت به دوربین بررسی شد. شدت آسیب به ریه و میزان تلفات تحت دو مد تنفسی Volume-Controlled و Pressure-Controlled-بررسی شد. نتایج: دید حاصل از رهیافت پارازایفوئید نسبت به رهیافت اینترکاستال فضاییتر است و همچنین برای ورود تروکار دوم تسلط بیشتری در اختیار جراح قرار میدهد. برای تروکار دوم فضای بین دندهای 5 و 6 امکان مانور بیشتری برای کار روی قلب در اختیار جراح قرار میدهد. در استفاده از مد تنفسی PCV ریهها تا انتهای جراحی سالم و بدون علائم کبدی شدن باقی مانده و استفاده از این مد با تلفات کمتر همراه است. نتیجهگیری نهایی: استفاده از رهیافت پارازایفوئیدال و پروتکل تنفسی صحیح امکان کار در قفسه صدری را تحت دیدی واضح مهیا ساخته است و توراکوسکوپی در خرگوش را به مدلی عملی تبدیل میکند که میتواند در بسیاری از مطالعات تحقیقاتی قلب به کار رود.

مطالعه تجربی کارآیی آزمون بافتشناسی در تعیین درصد گوشت بکاررفته در مدل کالباس و کباب لقمه
زمینۀ مطالعه: بهعلت ارزش اقتصادی گوشت تقلبات در فرآوردههای گوشتی محتمل است. هدف: این مطالعه برای ارزیابی روش بافتشناسی جهت تعیین کمی گوشت بکار رفته در کباب لقمه و کالباس مدل انجام شده است. روشکار: پنج نمونه کباب لقمه (حاوی 70 درصد گوشت) و کالباس (حاوی 30، 50، 70 و 90 درصد گوشت) تهیه شدند. سپس هر نمونه به سه قسمت مساوی تقسیم و از هر قسمت یک قطعه اخذ و در فرمالین بافر 10 درصد ثبوت بافتی صورت گرفت. نمونهها با روش معمول برای مطالعه میکروسکوپ نوری آمادهسازی شده و در پارافین غوطهور شدند. قالبهای پارافینی به ضخامت 6 میکرو متر برش داده شده و با هماتوکسیلین و ائوزین برای مطالعه بافتی رنگآمیزی شدند. نتایج: آنالیز هیستومتری نشان داد که درصد محاسبه شده برای گوشت بکاررفته در کباب لقمه با درصد واقعی اختلاف معنیداری نداشته است. از طرف دیگر تخمین مقدار گوشت بکاررفته در کالباس مشکل بوده است. نتیجهگیری نهایی: براساس نتایج این مطالعه استفاده از تکنیک بافتشناسی بهعنوان روش تکمیلی برای ارزیابی کمیگوشت در فرآوردههای خام پیشنهاد میشود. بههرحال باید درنظر داشت که ارزیابی کمیگوشت در فرآوردههای گوشتی خام نسبت به فرآوردههای گوشتی حرارت دیده راحتتر بوده است.

مطالعه کالبدشناسی و پرتوشناسی جیب بین انگشتی در بزهای بومی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری
زمینۀ مطالعه:جیب بین انگشتی، فرورفتگی پوست به داخل فضای بین انگشتی است که در گونههای متعددی از حیوانات زوجسم وجود داشته و با ترشح فرمونها نقش زیستی مهمی در ایجاد ارتباط شیمیایی در حیوانات همنوع دارد. هدف:این مطالعه به منظور تعیین ساختار کالبدشناسی و پرتوشناسی جیب بین انگشتی در بزهای بومی انجام گرفت. روشکار: 80 جیب بین انگشتی (40 جیب از اندامهای حرکتی قدامی و 40 جیب از اندامهای حرکتی خلفی) از 10 بز نر و 10 بز ماده سالم یک تا سه ساله از کشتارگاههای چهارمحال و بختیاری انتخاب شد. پس از تشریح، موقعیت توپوگرافی هر جیب در اندامهای حرکتی تعیین گردید. جهت مطالعات پرتوشناسی، ماده حاجب یورگرافین بهداخل جیب تزریق سپس رادیوگرافها و عکسهای لازم گرفته شد. قسمتهای مختلف هر جیب بین اندامهای حرکتی در هر دو جنس مشخص و اندازهگیری شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج: در بزهای بومی جیب بین انگشتی در تمام پاها بهشکل ابتدایی مشاهده شد که در فضای بین دو سم، مجاور مفصل بوخولوق قرار گرفته بود. جیب بصورت یک مثلث متساویالساقین بود که راس آن مجاور بند اول و قاعده آن کنار بند دوم انگشتان قرار داشت. بهترین حالت گماری برای مشاهده جیب در بزهای بومی، پشتی-کف دستی (یا کف پایی) بود. تشخیص جیب در پاهای قدامی بیشتر از خلفی میباشد. بجز قاعده، میانگین سایر قسمتهای جیب در نرها بطور معنیدار بیشتر از مادهها بود. تعیین دقیق محدوده توپوگرافی و رادیولوژیک جیب در بز بهعلت عدم حضور ترشحات کافی، مجرا و سوراخ خروجی و نیز پراکندگی ساختار آن، مشکل و یا غیرممکن میباشد. نتیجهگیری نهایی: براساس این مطالعه میتوان بیان کرد که گرچه جیب بین انگشتی صرفاً در گوسفند، گوزن، قوچ کوهی و آنتلوپ گزارش شده، این ساختار در بزهای بومی نیز وجود داشت ولی مانند این گونهها، تیپیک و مشخص نمیباشد.

زمینۀ مطالعه: باکتریهای بیماریزا از جمله میکروب سالمونلا بهطور گستردهای موجب بروز بیماریهای عفونی در میزبانهای مختلف از جمله حیوانات اهلی و انسان میشوند. هدف:هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات ضدمیکروبی 9 گونه از گیاهان دارویی بومی زاگرس بر روی سالمونلا تیفی-موریوم جدا شده از مدفوع طیور در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بود. روشکار: عصاره اتانولی گیاهان دارویی جوشیر، موسیر، سریش ایرانی، کنگر فرنگی، شنگ، تاج خروس، ترشک، پونه کوهی و اسپند با استفاده از دستگاه خلاء از مرکز (روتاری) استخراج شد. همچنین تعداد 12 سویه سالمونلا تیفی-موریوم نیز از مدفوع طیور منطقه سیستان جداسازی شد. حداقل غلظت بازدارندگی و حداقل غلظت کشندگی عصاره گیاهان در غلظتهای مختلف با روش رقتسازی در چاهک بر روی باکتریها تعیین شد. حساسیت سویهها به آنتیبیوتیکهای مختلف نیز با روش استاندارد دیسک دیفیوژن کربی- بائر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج:سویههای سالمونلا تیفیموریوم در مطالعه حاضر به ترتیب مقاوم به آنتیبیوتیکهای پنیسیلین (100 درصد)، آمپیسیلین (100 درصد)، تتراسیکلین (6/16 درصد)، آمیکاسین (3/8 درصد) و اگزاسیلین (0/75 درصد) بودند. بررسی خواص ضدمیکروبی عصاره گیاهان مورد بررسی نشان داد که عصاره گیاهان تاج خروس، جوشیر و کنگر بیشترین اثر مهارکنندگی (MIC) و کشندگی (MBC) را در برابر سالمونلا تیفیموریوم داشتند. نتیجهگیری نهایی: نتایج پژوهش حاصل نشان داد که با توجه به مقاومت سالمونلا تیفیموریوم جدا شده از طیور در مطالعه حاضر، درمان آنتیبیوتیکی بویژه با آنتیبیوتیکهای پنیسیلین، آمپیسیلین و اگزاسیلین با مقاومت باکتریایی 75 تا 100 درصد اثر بخش نبود. لذا استفاده از عصاره اتانولی گیاهان دارویی بویژه جوشیر، تاج خروس و کنگر به عنوان یک درمان گیاهی جایگزین با آنتیبیوتیکهای مرسوم پیشنهاد میشود.

بررسی ارتباط آللهای ژن DLA- DRB1 و درماتیت آتوپیک در سگ
زمینۀ مطالعه:مولکولهای مجتمع عمده پذیرش بافتی (MHC)، در اتصال به پپتیدهای پادگنی و عرضه آنها به لنفوسیتهای T نقش مهمی دارند و تنوع آنها با پاسخهای ایمنی و خودایمنی مرتبط است. ارتباط ژن کدکننده MHC کلاس 2 در سگ (DRB1)با برخی بیماریهای ایمنی سگ نشان داده شده است. هدف:کشف ارتباط بیماری درماتیت آتوپیک سگ با آللهای ژن DLA-DRB1. روشکار: تعداد 20 نمونه خون از سگهای مبتلا به درماتیت آتوپیک و 20 نمونه از سگهای سالم اخذ شد و پس از استخراج DNA با روش تحلیل HRM فراوانی ژنوتیپهای DLA-DRB1 و هتروزیگوتی و هوموزیگوتی آللها مشخص گردید. نتایج: براساس تحلیل HRM، نمونهها در 9 تیپ (A تا I) قرار گرفتند. حضور آلل تیپ D در اگزون 2 ژن DLA-DRB1 احتمال ابتلا به درماتیت آتوپیک را افزایش میدهد (064/0 =p و 206/0=Odd ratio). همچنین هتروزیگوتی ژن DLA-DRB1 سبب افزایش خطر ابتلا به درماتیت آتوپیک میشود (090/0=p و 158/0=Odd ratio). نتیجهگیری نهایی: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که برخی آللهای ژن DLA-DRB1 میتوانند در حساسیت یا مقاومت در برابر بیماری درماتیت آتوپیک سگ نقش داشته باشند.
