ارزیابی روش های لاتکس آگلوتیناسیون و هماگلوتیناسیون غیرمستقیم در تشخیص دیکروسلیوزیس گوسفند
زمینه مطالعه:ترماتود دیژن دیکروسلیوم دندریتیکوم انگل کبد، مجاری صفراوی و کیسه ی صفرای پستانداران خصوصاً نشخوارکنندگان است که با استفاده از روش های ایمنی شناسی می توان به تشخیص زود هنگام آلودگی اقدام نمود.هدف: مقایسه آگلوتیناسیون لاتکس و هماگلوتیناسیون غیر مستقیم در تشخیص آنتی بادی ضد دیکروسلیوم دندریتیکوم در سرم گوسفندان آلوده بود. روش کار: پس از جداسازی انگل های زنده از کبد 50 راس گوسفند آلوده، بخشی از انگل ها به منظور تهیه ی آنتی ژن پیکری با استفاده از سونیکاتور هموژن شدند و بخشی دیگر در شرایط استریل به محیط کشت انتقال یافتند تا از مواد ترشح شده از انگل به عنوان آنتی ژن دفعی ترشحی استفاده شود. از گوسفندان آلوده و بره های غیر آلوده به دیکروسلیوم دندریتیکوم به منظور تهیه ی سرم های مثبت و منفی خونگیری به عمل آمد. جهت تست آگلوتیناسیون لاتکس روی ذرات لاتکس، آنتی ژن ها جداگانه اضافه و مخلوط شدند تا اتصال آنتی ژن به ذرات لاتکس برقرار شود. نمونه های سرم مثبت و منفی به لاتکس فوق اضافه و از نظر واکنش لاتکس آگلوتیناسیون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در آزمایش هماگلوتیناسیون غیر مستقیم پس از رقت سازی سرم ها، به گلبول قرمز حساس شده، آنتی ژن اضافه و مخلوط گردید و از نظر ظهور واکنش هماگلوتیناسیون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.نتایج: حساسیت و ویژگی روش لاتکس آگلوتیناسیون با استفاده از آنتی ژن دفعی ترشحی به ترتیب 84% و 6/97 % و در استفاده از آنتی ژن پیکری 96 % و 6/97 % محاسبه شد. حساسیت و ویژگی روش هماگلوتیناسیون غیر مستقیم با استفاده از آنتی ژن دفعی ترشحی به ترتیب 60 % و 9/92 % و در استفاده از آنتی ژن پیکری 92 % و 7/66 % محاسبه شد.نتیجه گیری نهایی: : با توجه به بررسی حاضر روش لاتکس آگلوتیناسیون با استفاده از آنتی ژن دفعی ترشحی و سوماتیک از حساسیت و ویژگی بالایی برخوردار است و روشی سریع و بدون نیاز به ابزارخاص در تشخیص دیکروسلیوزیس می باشد.

بررسی مولکولی تک یاخته هموپروتئوس در کبوتران خانگی (Colombia livia domestica) در استان مازندران
زمینه مطالعه: هموپروتئوس یک تک یاخته انگلی است که بالغ بر 120 گونه از آن به طور عمده از پرندگان وحشی آبزی،کبوتر سانان و سایر راسته های پرندگان گزارش شده است. تاکنون هیچ گونه مطالعه ای در خصوص تعیین گونه های این تک یاخته در شمال کشور صورت نگرفته است. هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ملکولی و ساختاری تک یاخته هموپروتئوس در خون کبوترهای آلوده در استان مازندران بود.روش کار: در این مطالعه به بررسی مولکولی هموپروتئوس در کبوتران خانگی استان مازندران پرداخته شده است. به این منظور از 150 کبوتر خانگی بصورت تصادفی از نقاط مختلف استان نمونه گیری انجام شد. در ابتدا نمونه های خون از نظر حضور گامتوسیت تک یاخته هموپروتئوس به روش گیمسا مورد رنگ آمیزی قرار گرفتند. سپس نمونه هایی که در گسترش خون رنگ آمیزی شده به روش گیمسا مثبت تشخیص داده شدند با پرایمرهای مربوط به ژن سیتوکروم b تحت واکنش زنجیره ای پلیمراز (PCR) قرار گرفتند.نتایج: نتایج بدست آمده پس از بررسی ریخت شناسی، بیان گر 17 نمونه مثبت بود که نشان دهنده ی 33/11 درصد آلودگی می باشد. بررسی های مولکولی و آنالیز محصولات PCR ، نشان دادند که تمامی نمونه های هموپروتئوس از گونه کولمبه بوده اند.نتیجه گیری نهایی: آشنایی دقیق با این قبیل تک یاخته ها و گونه های آن سبب دوری از بسیاری از اشتباهات شده و به تشخیص تفریقی گونه های مختلف آن کمک می کند. طی این مطالعه نشان داده شد که رایجترین هموپروتئوس در کبوترهای استان مازندران گونه کولمبه می باشد.

مطالعه شیوع و شناسایی خصوصیات مولکولی لینگواتولا سراتا در گوسفند و بز کشتارشده در کشتار گاه یزد
زمینه مطالعه: لینگواتولا سراتا انگلی زئونوز بوده که عامل ایجادکننده سندروم هالزون در انسان است. عفونت انسان درنتیجه مصرف احشای دامی خام و یا نیم پخته رخ میدهد. هدف: هدف اصلی از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع و شناسایی خصوصیت مولکولی لینگواتولا سراتا در گوسفندان و بزان کشتارگاه یزد بود.روش کار: به منظور تعیین شیوع و شدت آلودگی لینگواتولا سراتا، گره های لنفاوی ۲۰۰ رأس گوسفند و ۲۰۰ رأس بز کشتار شده در کشتارگاه صنعتی شهر یزد مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. استخراج DNA با استفاده از کیت های تجاری استخراج DNA و براساس روش پیشنهادی در کیت انجام شد. به منظور بررسی ژنتیکی، ناحیه ای از ژن هدف 18srRNA با استفاده از پرایمرهای اختصاصی طراحی شده با نرم افزار Primer3 تکثیر شد. محصول تکثیر شده جهت تعیین توالی ارسال شد و توالی به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار BLAST مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. دادههای جمعآوریشده با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با استفاده آزمونهای 2χ و همبستگی پیرسون در سطح معناداری 01/0 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج: در تحقیق حاضر شیوع آلودگی در بز و گوسفندان کشتار شده به ترتیب 5/25% و 5/۲۲% بود. اختلاف معناداری از نظر آماری بین شیوع آلودگی در سنین مختلف و همچنین جنس نر و ماده در ۲ گروه (بز و گوسفند) مشاهده نگردید. نتایج حاصل از تعیین توالی، اختصاصی عمل نمودن پرایمر ها و نیز انگل مورد نظر را تائید نمود. نتیجه گیری نهایی: این پژوهش اولین گزارش تشخیص مولکولی لینگواتولا سراتا در ایران بود. همچنین با توجه به شیوع قابل توجه آلودگی در دامهای منطقه و عدم آگاهی و عملکرد بهداشتی مناسب افراد در مصرف احشاء دامی احتمال آلوده شدن افراد به انگل لینگواتولا سراتا وجود دارد. لذا در این راستا بهکارگیری روشهای تشخیصی مناسب و قابلاعتماد جهت تشخیص عفونت در کشتارگاهها و همچنین آموزش به افراد جامعه در زمینه مصرف صحیح احشاء دامی گامی مؤثر در جهت پیشگیری از ابتلاء به این بیماری می باشد.

معرفی و استفاده از تست فاماچا جهت مدیریت درمان و انتخاب دامهای مقاوم به نماتدهای دستگاه گوارش در گوسفند
چکیدهزمینه مطالعه: نماتدهای موجود در دستگاه گوارش باعث ایجاد مشکلات گوارشی، بروز کمخونی و کاهش وزن در گوسفند و بز میشوند. هدف: هدف از این مطالعه معرفی و استفاده از تست فاماچا (FAMACHA test) در تشخیص اولیهی دامهای آلوده به نماتدهای دستگاه گوارش (بویژه انگل همونکوسکنتورتوس Haemonchus contortus) در گوسفند جهت کاهش جمعیت تحت درمان با داروی ضدانگل و انتخاب دامهای مقاوم میباشد. روش کار: در این مطالعه از 120 برهی 4 تا 6 ماههی نژاد قزل در 6 گلهی متفاوت 20راسی استفاده شده که بطورتصادفی از گلههای مختلف مردمی مرتعرو انتخاب شده بودند. نمونهبرداریها و تست فاماچا در سال 1392 انجام شده و نمونهی خونی جهت اندازهگیری درصد حجم سلولهای فشرده شدهی خونی، نمونهی مدفوعی جهت اندازهگیری تعداد تخمانگل شمارش شده در هر گرم مدفوع و وزن بدن مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نمونه-گیریها 2بار و با فاصلهی یک هفتهای انجام شدند. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که اثر امتیازات تست فاماچا، اثر گله و اثر متقابل گله و تست فاماچا روی تعداد تخمانگل شمارش شده در هر گرم مدفوع معنیدار بود (01/0p<) و همینطور اثر تست فاماچا برروی درصد حجم سلولهای فشرده شدهی خونی (PCV%) نیز معنیدار بود (001/0p<). نتیجهگیری نهایی: بنظر میرسد تست فاماچا در ایران میتواند بعنوان یک روش کمکی و جایگزین برای تشخیص اولیه آلودگی به نماتدهای خونخوار و پیشگیری از بروز موارد جدید مقاومت دارویی و انتخاب دامهای مقاوم بکار برده شود.کلمات کلیدی: تست فاماچا ، انگل همونکوسکنتورتوس، همونکوزیس، گوسفند.

مطالعه تغییرات هورمونهای تری یدوتیرونین و تیروکسین و ارتباط آن با هیستوپاتولوژی غده تیروئید گاومیش رودخانهای در اهواز
زمینه مطالعه: هورمون های تیروئیدی از جمله مهمترین عوامل موثر در تنظیم سوخت و ساز و متابولیسم انرژی و پروتئین در نشخوارکنندگان هستند.هدف: در مطالعه حاضر، وضعیت هیستوپاتولوژی غده تیروئید و ارتباط آن با مقادیر سرمی هورمونهای تیروئیدی در گاومیش رودخانهای در شهرستان اهوازمورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش کار: برای انجام این مطالعه از 89 راس گاومیش ( 66 ماده، 23 نر) نمونه گیری از خون و غده تیروئید به عمل آمد. نمونههای واجد هر دو لب غده تیروئید از هر دام، پس از انتقال به آزمایشگاه پاتولوژی و تهیه مقطع، به روش هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین رنگآمیزی شده و تحت بررسی میکروسکوپی قرار گرفتند. مقادیر سرمی هورمون های 3 T و 4 T با استفاده از روش الیزا اندازهگیری شد. نتایج: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که 31 راس (8/34 درصد) واجد ضایعات پاتولوژی در غده تیروئید بودند که از نظر نوع و فراوانی، این ضایعات به ترتیب شامل؛ هیپرپلازی موضعی (5/31 درصد)، متاپلازی (2/2درصد) و تیروئیدیت مزمن (1/1 درصد) بود. توزیع ضایعه بر اساس جنس نیز نشان داد که 3/30 درصد از گاومیشهای ماده و 2/52 درصد از گاومیشهای نر واجد ضایعه بودند. مقایسه میزان هورمونهای 3T و 4T در دامهای سالم و ضایعهدار نشان داد که فقط مقادیر سرمی هورمون T4 در دامهای سالم بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از دامهای دارای غده تیروئید واجد ضایعه است (02/0P=). نتیجه گیری نهایی: در پایان این مطالعه نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری بین مقادیر سرمی 3T و 4T در گاومیشهای دارای ضایعه وجود دارد(05/0P< ، 4/0 r=)، در حالی که این ارتباط در دامهای سالم بسیار ضعیف است(05/0P> ، 1/0 r=).

تاثیرگیاه دارویی رزماری بر عملکرد رشد، ویژگیهای لاشه و برخی فراسنجههای خونی در جوجههای گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی
زمینه مطالعه: استفاده از گیاهان دارویی با قدرت آنتی اکسیدانی بالا، ضمن کاهش اثرات زیان بار استرس اکسیداتیو و رادیکال های آزاد ناشی از تنش گرمایی، به بهبود عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی کمک میکند. هدف: این پژوهش برای ارزیابی تاثیر سطوح مختلف پودر و عصاره (اتانولی) گیاه رزماری بر صفات عملکردی، ویژگیهای لاشه و برخی فراسنجه های خونی جوجههای گوشتی در معرض تنش گرمایی انجام شد. روش کار: برای بررسی اثر تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: شاهد(جیره پایه)، سطوح مختلف پودر(g/kg 5، 10 و 15+ جیره پایه) عصاره اتانولی رزماری(g/kg 5/3، 7 و 5/10+ جیره پایه) وg/L 1 پودر ویت آسپرین + جیره پایه بر صفات عملکردی، ویژگیهای لاشه و برخی از فراسنجههای خونی از 100 قطعه جوجه نر یکروزه سویه راس (308) در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی از 5 تیمار با 4 تکرار و 5 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار به مدت 42 روز در شرایط تنش گرمایی (°c 2±32 به صورت دوره ای از ساعت 10 الی 6 بعد از ظهر) استفاده شد. نتایج: میانگین خوراک مصرفی و وزن زنده نهایی جوجههای گوشتی به طور معنی داری تحت تاثیر افزودن عصاره رزماری قرار گرفت (05/0 P<)، ولی ضریب تبدیل خوراک تحت تاثیر قرار نگرفت (05/0 >P). عصاره رزماری بر مقدار گلوکز خون و نیز نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت اثر معنی داری داشت (05/0 P<). افزودن عصاره رزماری به جیره بر ویژگیهای لاشه، کلسترول، تری گلیسرید و هماتوکریت تاثیر معنی داری نداشت (05/0 >P). نتیجه گیری نهایی: نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از عصاره گیاه دارویی رزماری به علت خاصیت آنتی اکسیدانی قوی که دارد باعث بهبود عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی در شرایط تنش گرمایی گردید. واژههای کلیدی: رزماری، عملکرد، فراسنجههای خونی، تنش گرمایی، جوجههای گوشتی

اثرات مصرف متیونین محافظت شده در اواخر آبستنی بر فراسنجههای خون میشهای دوقلو آبستن پیش و پس از زایش
زمینه مطالعه: شناسایی فاکتورهای متابولیکی پیرامون زایش دارای اهمیت بهسزایی است. مهمترین مرحله زندگی میش را میتوان پیش از زایمان و اوایل شیردهی در نظر گرفت که بر سلامت و عملکرد میش و بره تأثیرگذار است. هدف: این مطالعه به منظور بررسی مصرف متیونین محافظتشده بر فاکتورهای متابولیکی میشهای دوقلو آبستن در دوره پیش و پس از زایش و همچنین عملکرد برههای آنها صورت گرفت. روش کار: 16 راس میش افشاری آبستن با وزن بدن kg 3/5±5/91 و روزهای آبستنی 5/1±117 روز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و به صورت انفرادی به دو جیره غذایی که یکی پایه و دیگری حاوی (3g/kg) مادهخشک از متیونین محافظتشده براساس پژوهشهای پیشین بود، اختصاص یافتند. میشها دو مرتبه در روز و با جیره کاملاً مخلوط تغذیه شدند. مادهخشک مصرفی به صورت روزانه اندازهگیری شد، همچنین خونگیری در روزهای 30 و 15 پیش از زایش و روز 1ام و 30ام پس از زایش از میشها انجام شد، وزن بدن میشها در روزهای40، 20، 10 پیش از زایمان و 1، 10، 20 پس از زایمان اندازهگیری شد. وزن تولد برهها نیز در روزهای 0، 15، 30 و 60 بعد از تولد اندازهگیری شد. نتایج: وزن تولد برههای میشهای دریافت کننده متیونین محافظتشده نسبت به گروه شاهد بالاتر بود (05/0>p)، مصرف متیونین محافظتشده، میزان اوره را کاهش داد (05/0>p) و میزان کلسترول پلاسما پس از زایش را افزایش داد (05/0>p) و میزان پروتئین کل و آلبومین تمایل به معنیداری از خود نشان داد (1/0>p) و سایر فاکتورهای اندازهگیری شده، تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند. نتیجهگیری نهایی: این نتایج نشان میدهد که فراسنجههای خونی با توجه به نزدیک شدن به زایمان تحت تأثیر قرار میگیرد. به علاوه خورانیدن متیونین محافظتشده سبب بهبود افزایش وزن تولد در بره میشها و بهبود برخی فراسنجههای خونی مرتبط با نیتروژن با توجه به اثرات تیمار و متقابل زمان و تیمار میگردد.

تعیین میزان آلودگی قارچی خوراک طیور و اجزاء آن در مرغداری های گوشتی تربت حیدریه، استان خراسان رضوی، ایران
زمینه مطالعه: خوراک آلوده طیور می تواند منجر به از دست رفتن مواد مغذی و اثرات مضر بروی تولیدات طیور و سلامت عمومی گردد. هدف: این تحقیق آلودگی قارچی موجود در خوراک طیور و اجزای آن را در مرغداری های گوشتی شهرستان تربت حیدریه مورد بررسی قرار داد. روش کار: از سه نوع خوراک مختلف، تعداد 240 نمونه جمع آوری شد. بعد از آماده سازی نمونه ها رقت های متوالی تهیه گردید و مقدار 1/0 میلی لیتر از هر رقت در محیط کشت سیب زمینی دکستروز آگار حاوی کلرامفنیکل کشت داده شد و در دمای 27 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت یک هفته انکوبه شدند. پرگنه های های قارچی موجود در هر محیط کشت شمارش گردیدند.تشخیص قارچ ها بر مبنای خصوصیات مورفولوژیک ماکروسکوپی و میکروسکوپی انجام گرفت. آنالیز آماری داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 انجام شد. نتایج: از 240 نمونه جمع آوری شده 205 نمونه (14/85%) آلوده به قارچ بودند که بیشترین میزان آلودگی قارچی در نمونه های ذرت (5/32%) و پس از آن در سویا (16/29%) و خوراک کامل(75/23%) مشاهده گردید. فوزاریوم (3/41%)، پنی سیلیوم (9/37%)، کلادوسپوریوم (3/21%)، پسیلومایسس (1/17%)، آسپرژیلوس فومیگاتوس (3/13%)، آسپرژیلوس نیجر (9/12%) و مخمرها (9/12%) به ترتیب فراوان ترین قارچ های جدا شده از نمونه ها بودند. فراوانی قارچ های با توان بالقوه توکسین زایی نسبت به قارچ های غیر توکسین زا اختلاف معنی داری داشت( P<0/001). میانگین شمارش کلی قارچ ها 105 × 9/2 واحد تشکیل دهنده کلونی/گرم بود. نتیجه گیری نهایی: یافته های این پژوهش، شیوع بالای آلودگی قارچی و همینطور فراوانی زیاد قارچ های توکسین زا را در خوراک طیور نشان داد. بنابراین مواد خام خوراک عامل مهمی برای ورود آلودگی قارچی بوده و رشد قارچ ها باعث کاهش ارزش غذایی خوراک مصرفی می شوند لذا برنامه ربزی جهت کنترل و حذف آنها از جیره توصیه می گردد.

زمینه مطالعه: استفاده از روش گرسنگی می تواند سبب وارد شدن استرس شدید فیزیولوژیک و تاثیرات نامطلوب بر روی عملکرد سیستم ایمنی پرنده شده و عملکرد پس از تولک را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. هدف: هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تغییرات غلظت هورمون های کورتیکو استرون و تیروئید و همچنین پاسخ ایمنی در خلال دوره تولک در مرغان تخمگذار تعذیه شده با جیره تولک حاوی پودر یونجه بود. روش کار: 108 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تیمار و 6 تکرار انتخاب شدند. تیمارهای مورد استفاده در این آزمایش جهت اعمال تولک بری پرندهها به مدت 12 روز شامل: 1- گروه شاهد تغذیه شده با جیره تخمگذاری (FF) 2- گروه محروم از غذا (FW)، 3- گروه تغذیه شده با جیره تولک حاوی 90 درصد پودر یونجه به همراه 10 درصد جیره تخمگذاری (A90)، بودند. نتایج: نتایج نشان دادند که جمعیت کل سلولهای سفید خون در گروه FW در مقایسه با سایر گروهها پایین تر بود (05/0p<). نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت در روزهای سوم و ششم تولک در گروه FW بیشترین افزایش را نشان داد (05/0p<). غلظت هورمون کورتیکواسترون در روز سوم تولک در گروه FW بالاتر از گروه A90 بود (05/0p<). غلظت هورمون T3 در خلال دوره تولک در مرغهای تولک رفته در مقایسه با گروه شاهد به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت (05/0p<). غلظت هورمون T4 در خلال دوره تولک در مرغهای تولک رفته در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش یافت (05/0p<). زمان بازگشت به تولید و زمان رسیدن به 50 و 80 درصد تولید در گروه A90 در مقایسه با گروه FW به طور معنیداری کوتاهتر بود (05/0p<). نتیجه گیری نهایی: پودر یونجه ضمن ایجاد عملکرد مطلوب در تولکبری سبب کاهش استرس فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد مناسبتر پاسخ ایمنی نسبت به روش گرسنگی، در جریان تولک بری گردید.

بررسی اکوکاردیوگرافی و بافت شناسی قلب در فیلماهی نابالغ دو و نیم ساله
چکیدهزمینه مطالعه: فیلماهی (Huso Huso) یکی از گونههای ماهیان خاویاری بوده که امروزه در ایران به صورت مصنوعی با اهداف گوناگون پرورش داده میشود. یکی از مهمترین دستگاههای بدن دستگاه گردش خون میباشد و قلب مهمترین عضو این دستگاه است. تاکنون بررسی چندانی روی قلب ماهیان خاویاری انجام نشده است.هدف: این مطالعه با هدف مشخص کردن ساختار دقیق دیواره بخشهای مختلف قلب در فیلماهی با استفاده از روشهای اکوکاردیوگرافی و بافت شناسی انجام شد. روش کار: تعداد 6 عدد فیل ماهی نابالغ نر (5/2 ساله) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای انجام اکوکاردیوگرافی، پروب در سطح ونترال بین باله های سینه ای قرار داده شد. ابتدا مطالعات مرفولوژی ماکروسکوپیک ساختارهای مختلف قلب در محل توپوگرافیک آنها انجام شد، سپس نمونهها از بدن خارج شد بررسیهای دقیقتر انجام گرفت. برای انجام مطالعات بافت شناسی از روشهای معمول فیکساسیون و رنگ آمیزی هماتوکسیلین ائوزین استفاده شد و لامها به وسیله میکروسکوپ نوری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.نتایج: کلیه ساختارهای قلب شامل سینوس وریدی، دهلیز، بطن، مخروط شریانی و پریکارد با حرکات مختلف پروب قابل مشاهده بود. پرده پریکارد با اکویی یکنواخت دور تا دور ساختارهای قلب را گرفته بود. سینوس وریدی دارای دیواره بسیار نازکی بود که دارای انقباض و انبساط نبود. دهلیز دارای دیوارهای کاملا عضلانی بود و در آن انقباض و انبساط مشاهده میشد. دیواره عضلانی بطن دارای یک لایه متراکم اطرافی و یک لایه اسفنجی مرکزی بود. مخروط شریانی دارای دیواره عضلانی مشخص همراه با بافت همبندی بود. یافتههای حاصل از مطالعات بافت شناسی نشان داد قلب فیلماهی نیز دارای سه لایه کلی اپیکارد، میوکارد و آندوکارد است. در مجموع، یافته های بافت شناسی با نتایج اکوکاردیوگرافی منطبق بود.نتیجه گیری نهایی: این مطالعه اولین بررسی ویژگیهای اکوکاردیوگرافی بخشهای مختلف قلب فیلماهی است. این نتایج با نتایج بافت شناسی تطبیق داده شد. اطلاعات و یافته های طبیعی حاصل از این مطالعه می تواند برای بررسی تغییرات مختلف آناتومیک یا پاتولوژیک قلب فیل ماهی در طرحهای مختلف پژوهشی مورد استفاده قرارگیرد.

مطالعه مورفولوژی و مورفومتری کلیه گوسفند در دوران جنینی
زمینه مطالعه: مطالعه رشد تکاملی حیوان به وسیله دورنمای تشریحی درحال تغییر، غالبا الگوی ساده ای را برای روشن شدن آناتومی پیچیده دام بالغ فراهم می کند. این نکته به خصوص در فهم دستگاه های که موقعیت قرارگرفتن اجزای آنها در خلال دوره رشد تکاملی تغییر شدیدی می نماید، مانند ساختمان های دستگاه ادراری تناسلی حائز اهمیت می باشد. هدف: مطالعه مورفومتری و مورفولوژی رشد تکاملی کلیه ی گوسفند در دوران جنینی بود. روش کار: شصت کلیه 30 جنین گوسفند نر و ماده بر اساس طول بدن به سه گروه سنی (اول: 100- 70، دوم: 120-100، سوم: 145-120 روزگی) تقسیم شدند. توپوگرافی ، ابعاد ( طول،عرض، ضخامت) و وزن کلیه ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج: کلیه ها به طور کامل درناحیه کمری، در دو سوی صفحه میانی قرار داشتند. موقعیت کلیه ها نسبت به زوائده عرضی مهره های کمری در گروه های سنی متفاوت بود. کلیه ها جنین گوسفند حتی تا انتهای دوره جنینی در موقعیت کلیه ها گوسفند بالغ قرار نگرفته بودند.کلیه راست همواره تا اندازه ای پیشین تر از کلیه چپ بود. در تمام گروه های سنی، کلیه ی چپ با کیسه پشتی شکمبه در تماس بود. کلیه راست همواره درتمام طول دوران جنینی توسط سطح شکمی و کمی از سطح جانبی لوب راست کبد پوشانده شده بود ولی با افزایش سن میزان مجاورت این کلیه با زائده ی دمی کبد کاهش یافته بود، به طوری که تنها محدود به قطب پیشین آن بود. میانگین ابعاد و وزن کلیه ها درگروه های سنی مختلف به طور معنی داری افزایش یافته بود. سمت بدن و جنسیت تاثیر معنی داری بروی شاخص های اندازه گیری شده نداشتند. نتیجه گیری نهایی: توپوگرافی کلیه های جنین گوسفند و بالغ از نظر مجاورت به مهره های کمری و لوب راست و زائده ی دمی کبد دارای تفاوت های چشمگیری هستند. به نظر می رسد بروز ناقرینگی موقعیت کلیه ها و تغییرات مجاورت کلیه راست ارتباط تنگاتنگی با تغییر مکان به سمت پیشین و میزان رشد لوب راست و زائده ی دمی کبد در طی رشد تکاملی جینی داشته باشد. نتایج مورفومتری کلیه جنین گوسفند با جنین انسان و گاو هم خوانی دارد.

بررسی اثرات ضددردی و جانبی انفوزیون همزمان لیدوکایین و زایلازین در اسب
زمینه مطالعه؛ انتخاب داروی ضد درد مناسب در اسب یک چالش بزرگ در طب اسب به حساب میآید. تعداد داروهای ضد درد در اسب محدود است و اغلب آنها اثرات جانبی ناخواستهای دارند که استفاده از آنها را محدود مینماید هدف؛ معرفی ترکیبی که اثرات ضد دردی مطلوب به همراه حداقل اثرات جانبی را داشته باشد. روش کار؛ در این مطالعه 6 رأس اسب سالم در دو گروه کنترل و درمان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند در گروه کنترل نرمال سالین تجویز گردید و در گروه درمان انفوزیون همزمان لیدوکایین و زایلازین. اثرات ضد دردی با آلگومتر ارزیابی میشد همچنین اثرات جانبی دارو با ارزیابی فشار خون، دما، ضربان قلب، تعداد تنفس و صدای گوارشی و همچنین با بررسی میزان آرامبخشی در زمانهای پیش از شروع تزریق، و بلافاصله پس از شروع و دقایق 10، 20، 30، 40، 50 پس از تزریق و 15، 30 و 60 پس از قطع تزریق ارزیابی میشدند. نتایج؛ انفوزیون زایلازین و لیدوکایین باعث اثرات ضد دردی معنادار از دقیقه 30 بعد از تزریق میشود و این اثر تا انتهای انفوزیون باقی میماند. بلافاصله پس از قطع انفوزیون اثر ضددردی به شکل معنا داری کاهش مییابد و با گروه کنترل تفاوتی ندارد و در دقیقه 60 پس از تزریق تقریبا با گروه کنترل برابر میشود. نتیجـهگیـری نهایی؛ انفوزیون همزمان لیدوکایین و زایلازین اثرات ضد دردی برجستهای دارد که البته به مطالعات بیشتری در شرایط بالینی و کیسهایی همچون لمینایتیس نیازمند هست که این اثرات ضد دردی مورد تأیید قرار گیرد.

تاثیر تجویز حاد دوکوزاهگزانوئیک اسید به موشهای سوری مقاوم به داروهای ضد صرع در مدل الکتریکی 6 هرتز
زمینه مطالعه: بیماری صرع یک اختلال نورولوژیکی مزمن است که علیرغم کشف داروهای موثر، هنوز بیش از30 درصد از بیماران نسبت به داروهای ضدصرع رایج مقاوم هستند. هدف: بررسی اثر تجویز حاد دوکوزاهگزانوئیک اسید (DHA) در پیشگیری از بروز مقاومت به داروهای لاموتریجین و فنیتوئین در مدل تشنجی 6 هرتز در موش سوری نر. روش کار: ابتدا اثرات تجویز داخل بطن مغزی و خوراکی DHA و داروها بهصورت جداگانه بررسی شد سپس در گروههای تست داروی فنی توئین یا لاموتریجین با دوز 25 میلیگرم/کیلوگرم بهصورت داخل صفاقی تزریق شدند. در مورد فنیتوئین بعد از یک ساعت و 45 دقیقه و در مورد لاموتریجین بعد از 45 دقیقه، DHA با دوز 1 میلیمولار داخل بطن مغز موشها تزریق شد. در گروههای شاهد حلال داروها یا حلال DHA به موشها تجویز گردید. 15 دقیقه بعد از تجویزداخل بطن مغزی DHA یا حلال DHA در تمام گروهها پروتکل 6 هرتز اجرا شد و رفتارهای تشنجی ثبت گردید. در گروههای تست خوراکی ابتدا داروی فنیتوئین یا لاموتریجین با دوز 25 میلیگرم/کیلوگرم بهصورت داخل صفاقی تزریق شدند، در مورد فنیتوئین بعد از یک ساعت و در مورد لاموتریجین همزمان با تزریق دارو DHA با حجم 1/0 میلیلیتر به موشها گاواژ شد و 1 ساعت بعد از دریافت DHA پروتکل 6 هرتز اعمال گردید. نتایج: تجویز حاد DHA بهتنهایی بهصورت تزریق داخل بطن مغز یا خوراکی تاثیری در مهار تشنجها نداشت. همراه شدن DHA با داروی لاموتریجین یا فنیتوئین نیز نتوانست مقاومت به این داروها را مهار کند. نتیجه گیری نهایی: تجویز حاد DHA نمیتواند موجب مهار بروز مقاومت به داروهای لاموتریجین و فنیتوئین در مدل 6 هرتز گردد. همچنین مصرف تک دوز DHA همزمان با داروهای ضدصرع نیز تاثیری در مهار بروز مقاومت دارویی در بیماران مصروع دارای مقاومت دارویی ندارد.

جداسازی و شناسایی مولکولی تروپرلا پیوژنز به عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی ایجاد کننده آبسه های جلدی در گاوها
چکیدهزمینه مطالعه: عوامل متعددی می توانند در ایجاد آبسه های جلدی در گاو دخیل باشند که دراین میان تروپرلا پیوژنزبه عنوان یک باکتری فرصت طلب، اهمیت فراوانی در ایجاد بیماری های چرکی دارد و خسارات اقتصادی فراوانی را به صنعت گاوداری ها وارد می نماید. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تروپرلا پیوژنزبه عنوان یک پاتوژن اولیه و ثانویه، شناسایی آن با روش های بیوشیمیایی و مولکولی و همچنین نشان دادن مقاومت های آنتی بیوتیکی در این باکتری می باشد. روش کار: از 134 گاو مبتلا به آبسه جلدی، در 15 گاوداری اطراف تهران، نمونه اخذ گردید و از تمامی آبسه ها، کشت هوازی و بی هوازی صورت گرفت و از روش های بیوشیمیایی جهت شناسایی عوامل چرکزا استفاده شد. در مورد تروپرلا پیوژنز علاوه بر روش های بیوشیمیایی، از روش مولکولی نیزجهت شناسایی استفاده شد. همچنین حساسیت جدایه های تروپرلا پیوژنز به برخی از آنتی بیوتیک های روتین هم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: ده جنس از باکتری های ایجاد کننده آبسه در کشت، شناسایی گردید که از میان تروپرلا پیوژنز شیوع بیشتری داشت. از نظر تغییرات بیوشیمیایی و تست CAMP، 9 بیوتیپ در جدایه های تروپرلا پیوژنز مشاهده شد. تمامی جدایه های تروپرلا پیوژنز با روش مولکولی PCR تایید نهایی گردیدند. بیشترین حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی به آمپی سیلین، پنی سیلین G و آموکسی سیلین و بیشترین مقاومت هم به تریمتوپریم سولفومتوکسازول، اریترمایسین و تتراسیکلین مشاهده گردید. نتیجه گیری نهایی: تروپرلا پیوژنز هرچند بعنوان یک پاتوژن فرصت طلب مطرح می باشد ولی می تواند به صورت اولیه و ثانویه ایجاد بیماری کند. شناسایی عوامل ایجادکننده آبسه با روش های مولکولی، انجام آزمون های آنتی بیوگرام و انتخاب داروی مناسب، در درمان این عوامل بسیار کمک کننده می باشند.

گزارش اسهال ناشی از مخمر کاندیدا فاماتا در یک گله گاو شیری شهرستان ورامین
سابقه: کاندیدیازیس اغلب توسط مخمر کاندیدا آلبیکنس و در موارد کمی توسط سایر گونه های کاندیدایی ایجاد می گردد. درگیری دستگاه گوارش شامل ایجاد ضایعات برفکی در مخاط دهان، مری و پیش معده ها و همچنین درگیری روده ها به صورت انتریت و اسهال شایع ترین شکل بیماری در گاو است. یافته های بالینی: در بهمن ماه 1394 افت تولید شیر و اسهال آبکی شدید در یک گله گاو شیری واقع در شهرستان ورامین مشاهده شد به طوریکه 1/57 درصد از گاو های پرشیر و 40 درصد از گاو های کم شیر این گاوداری درگیر اسهال آبکی شدید بودند. آزمایشات تشخیصی: در معاینات بالینی دام های مبتلا علائم حیاتی از قبیل تعداد تنفس، تعداد ضربان قلب و همچنین کیفیت و تعداد حرکات شکمبه کاملا طبیعی بود. تابلوی خونی دام های مبتلا نیز مورد خاصی را نشان نداد. در بررسی نمونه های مدفوع دام های مبتلا هیچگونه آلودگی ویروسی و یا باکتریایی مشخص نگردید درحالیکه کشت نمونه ها از نظر آلودگی مخمری مثبت بود. جهت تشخیص جنس و گونه مخمر از کیت تجاریRapID استفاده شد و کاندیدا فاماتا به عنوان عامل اسهال تشخیص داده شد. ارزیابی نهایی: گزارش های مربوط به اسهال ناشی از عوامل قارچی در حیوانات بسیار اندک است و در این میان نیز گونه های مخمری جنس کاندیدا به ویژه کاندیدا آلبیکنس و کاندیدا گلابراتا به عنوان عوامل اصلی اسهال های قارچی در حیوانات شناخته شده اند. این مطالعه اولین گزارش اسهال کاندیدایی با عامل کاندیدا فاماتا در گاوهای بالغ می باشد و بر این مبنا می توان کاندیدا فاماتا را نیز به عنوان یکی از عوامل بالقوه در ایجاد اسهال در گاو مطرح ساخت.
