تأثیر پروبیوتیک‌های تک سویه، دو سویه و چند گونه بر عملکرد، مرفولوژی روده و ‌ پارامتر‌ها ایمنی‌شناسی و خون‌شناسی جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

تأثیر پروبیوتیک‌ها به‌عنوان میکروارگانیسم‌های مفید برای سلامتی حیوان میزبان می‌‌توانند عملکرد، دستگاه گوارش و سیستم ایمنی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. با توجه به تنوع محصولات پروبیوتیکی در دسترس، هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر مقایسه تاثیر پنج نوع پروبیوتیک بر عملکرد، مرفولوژی روده و برخی شاخص‌های ایمنی و خون شناسی جوجه‌های گوشتی می‌‌باشد. پروبیوتیک‌های مورد آزمایش به 480‌ قطعه جوجه خروس گوشتی برای مدت 49‌ روز تغذیه شدند. عملکرد به تفکیک دوره‌های آغازی، رشد، پایانی و کل دوره بررسی شد. نمونه‌های روده کوچک در سنین 21‌، 35‌ و 49‌ روزگن از نظر مرفولوژی مطالعه شدند. به‌عنوان پاسخ ایمنی عیار پادتن علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند و و‌اکسن نیو کاسل اندازه‌گیری شد. عملکرد در دوره‌های مختلف تحت تأثیر نوع پروبیوتیک قرار گرفت. ویژگی‌های مرفولوژی پزهای روده کوچک تحت تأثیر نوع پروبیوتیک استفاده شده بود. فاکتورهای خونی و ایمنی تحت تأثیر نوع پروبیوتیک مصرفی قرار نگرفت. توجه به نوع و ترکیب میکروارگانیسم‌های موجود در فراورده‌های پروبیوتیک با توجه به هدف استفاده کننده و کارایی فراورده‌ها ضروری می‌باشد.

Probiotics are live microorganisms with beneficial health effects on host animals which exert their effects on performance, gastrointestinal tract and immune system. Various probiotic products are available in the market. This study compared the effects of various probiotic products on broiler performance, intestinal morphology and some immunological and hematological parameters. Five probiotic products were fed to v480 1-d old broilers for 49 days. Performance was studied in starting, growing, finishing and whole periods. Samples of small intestine were studied at 21, 35 and 49 days of age. Antibody titers against sheep red blood cells and new castle vaccine virus determinede as immune respons of birds. probiotic type influenced the performance of birds. Morphological charactertics of intestine have been affected by probiotic type. Probiotic type has not been affected by immune and blood related factors (p>0.05). Type and ingredients of probiotics should be considered when used for a special goal.
