Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus 1758 — Capoeta damacina Heckel 1843 — Capoeta aculeata Heckel 1849 — Carassius auratus Ghalcalbumus mossulensis Heckel 1843 — Chondrostona orientalis Heckel 1849 — Hypophthalmichthys molitrix Valenciensses 1844 — Aphanius vladykovi Coad 1984. 36.5 per cent of total number of were Aphanivs vladykovi. Cyprinus carpio which weigh 178±89.40 gr with the length of 20.59±5.62 cm was the biggest and Aphanius weighing
3.69±1.11 gr with the length of 3.62±0.87cm the smallest. For identifying the parasites. 160 fishes come under examination and 11 different types of parasites including Dactylogyrus lenkorani Mikhalov, 1932 — Dactylogyrus extensus Muller and Vanclive 1932 — Gyrodactyus — sp — Diplostomum spathaceum Rudolphi 1819 — Allocreadium isoporum Looss 1894 — Ichthyophthirius moltifilis Fouquet 1876 — Trichodina. sp — Myxobolus. sp — Lemea. sp — Rhabdocona. sp — Acanthocephalorhynchoides cholodkowski Kosylew 1928 were known. 54.38 percent of the fllshes studied were infested in to one or more parasits and 45.62 percent didn’t have any parasits. The maximum prevalence was seen in Aban (8.13%) and the minimum in Bahman (4.38%). Aphanius vladykovi didn’t have any parasits and Cyprinus carpio had about (31. 88%) infestation. The main organ that the parasits identified from it was skin (58.27%) and the least amount in the eyes and gallbladder was observed (0.72%). The maximum amount of the infestation of parasits was Ichthyophthrius multifihis (33.81%) and in Lernea, Diplostomum spathaceum and Allocreadium were (0.72%) each.
