مقایسه اثر عصاره رزماری، آویشن، بره موم، آنتی بیوتیک و پروبیوتیک بر فراسنجه های خونی، میکروفلور دستگاه گوارش و سیستم ایمنی جوجه های گوشتی چالش یافته با سالمونلا انتریتیدیس

چکیده

زمینه مطالعه: سالمونلا انتریتیدیس یکی از مهمترین عوامل ایجاد کننده بیماری در طیور است. برخی از ترکیبات گیاهی به دلیل داشتن اثر ضد باکتریایی و هم چنین ترکیباتی مانند برهموم و پروبیوتیک میتوانند همانند آنتی بیوتیکها در کنترل و یا پیشگیری از عفونت ناشی از سالمونلا مؤثر باشند. هدف: این مطالعه به منظور مقایسه اثر عصاره رزماری، آویشن، برهموم، آنتیبیوتیک و پروبیوتیک بر سیستم ایمنی، میکروفلور دستگاه گوارش و فراسنجههای خونی جوجههای گوشتی چالش یافته با سالمونلا انتریتیدیس طراحی شده است. روش کار: تعداد 420 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه نر سویه کاب در هفت گروه شامل گروههای عصاره اتانولی رزماری، عصاره اتانولی برهموم، عصاره اتانولی آویشن، پروبیوتیک و ویرجینیامایسین (10٪) و دو گروه شاهد منفی و مثبت گروهبندی شده و به مدت 6 هفته پرورش داده شدند. بعد از سپری شدن دوره پرورش جوجهها خونگیری و ذبح شدند و اثر تیمارهای فوق بر آنها مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که عصارههای گیاهی و پروبیوتیک میتوانند باعث بهبود سیستم ایمنی، کاهش لیپیدهای سرم خون، کاهش باکتریهای مضری چون سالمونلا و اشریشیاکلی و نیز افزایش میکروارگانیزمهای مفیدی نظیر باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک در دستگاه گوارش پرنده شوند. نتیجهگیری نهایی: این مطالعه نشان داد که عصارههای گیاهی و پروبیوتیک را میتوان به عنوان جایگزینی برای آنتیبیوتیکها در جیره جوجههای گوشتی بکار برد.

BACKGROUND: Salmonella Enteritidis in poultry is one of the main causes of illness that can be controlled effectively by some plant compounds, antibiotics and probiotics. OBJECTIVES: This study compares the effect of rosemary, thyme, propolis, antibiotic and probiotic on the immune system and blood parameters of broilers challenged with Salmonella Enteritidis.  Methods: Four hundred and twenty 1-day- old male broiler chicks Cobb strain were divided into seven groups: including rosemary ethanol extract, ethanol extract of propolis, ethanol extract of thyme, and probiotics, virginiamycin (10%) and positive and negative controls, and were reared for 6 weeks. At the end of experiment chickens were sampled and slaughtered. RESULTS: The results showed that plant extracts with probiotics can improve the immune system, reduce serum lipids, reduce harmful bacteria such as Salmonella and E.coli and increase the beneficial bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria. CONCLUSIONS: This study showed that the herbal extracts and probiotics can be used as an alternative to antibiotics in broiler diets.
